What happens after you get in touch

We keep the initial process simple so you can decide quickly whether we are the right fit.

1

We reply within 24 hours

You will hear from one of our lead consultants, not an assistant. We ask a few clarifying questions about your business size, sector and the issue you want to address.

2

Free 30-minute call

We schedule a video or phone call at a time that suits you. During this call we listen more than we talk. By the end we will tell you honestly whether we think we can help and roughly what it would cost.

3

Proposal and diagnostic

If we both want to proceed, we send a one-page proposal with a fixed fee, a timeline and the specific deliverables. No surprises. The two-week diagnostic begins once you sign.

Common questions

These come up in almost every initial conversation. If yours is not listed, ask us directly.

How much does a typical project cost?

The two-week diagnostic is £2,400 plus VAT. Full implementation projects range from £6,000 to £25,000 depending on scope and duration. We always quote a fixed fee before any work starts, so you know the total cost upfront. There are no hourly billing surprises.

Do you work with businesses outside Wales?

Yes. About a third of our clients are based elsewhere in the UK, mostly in the South West and Midlands. For businesses outside Wales we add a flat travel supplement of £150 per on-site visit day. Much of the analytical work happens remotely anyway, so the number of on-site days is usually small.

What size of business do you work with?

Most of our clients have annual revenues between £1m and £20m and employ between five and 120 people. We have occasionally worked with larger firms on specific operational problems, but our sweet spot is the owner-managed SME where decisions can be made quickly.

How long does a project take?

The diagnostic takes two weeks. Implementation projects typically run eight to sixteen weeks. We have completed shorter engagements in as little as four weeks when the scope is narrow, such as pricing-model reviews or a single process redesign. We agree milestones at the start and report progress every fortnight.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Absolutely. We sign an NDA before seeing any financial data or proprietary information. We use our own standard template, but we are happy to review and sign yours if you prefer. Confidentiality is non-negotiable for us; we have never had a breach in over ninety completed projects.
